The Opportunity
We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help us grow Dr CV across multiple platforms.
This role is for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience growing a startup brand.
You'll work closely with the content and growth team to help increase visibility, engagement, and community growth across our channels.
Responsibilities Content Publishing
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Ensure content is posted consistently
• Maintain posting calendars
• Coordinate content distribution
Community Management
• Respond to comments and messages
• Engage with followers
• Support community conversations
• Escalate important leads and inquiries
Platform Growth
Support growth across:
• X (Twitter)
• TikTok
Content Research
• Identify trends
• Monitor competitors
• Research relevant conversations
• Surface content opportunities
Reporting
Provide weekly reports covering:
• Content performance
• Growth metrics
• Engagement metrics
• Opportunities and recommendations
Success Metrics
Monthly expectations:
• Consistent publishing across all platforms
• Growth in followers and engagement
• Improved content reach
• Increased inbound inquiries
• Support revenue-driving campaigns
